DIBSS / Dubrovnik International Bioethics & Science School
May 18th - 19th, 2019 / IUC/CAAS, Don Frana Bulića 4, Dubrovnik, Croatia

The Dubrovnik International Bioethics and Science School Program includes a series of lectures, case studies and round tables.

Two dozen speakers will address important contemporary questions that arise where advances in general and data science meet society, ethics and the law.

How do we ensure that advances in data science benefit all of us, and not just private interests? Who will, and who should, take responsibility for the power and the challenges that stem from the data sciences? What can, and what ought we, automate, and how do we adapt current legal and ethical frameworks to the digital frontiers?

The Conference will be held under the auspice of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia.

Join us at the 2019 DIBSS Conference to take part in the discussion with leading national and international scholars, including:
